We understand that sometimes you just change your mind. That’s why you can return most things anytime up to a year after purchase for a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be in original condition, have tags attached and be unused/unwashed and include proof of purchase.

- Sale, Clearance or products on Special cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to hygene regulations the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- under blankets
- mattress and pillow protectors
If a product is considered faulty, you can return it to either our online store (via mail) or to one of our retail stores, along with proof of purchase.
Once the product is has been assessed, and if determined to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund (you decide which you want) and we will refund any postal costs for the return.
