Ecodownunder offers free delivery within Australia for orders over $150.00, this applies only to order purchased through our website www.ecodownunder.com.au.
Deliveries under $150.00 will incur a flat rate of $9.95.
NOTE: This excludes bulky or large items being sent to the islands or remote locations. We will contact you prior to finalising your order if there are additional delivery charges.
In the event that an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you of the delay and an estimated new delivery date.
Ecodownunder only delivers to a Business or Home address using a courier service.
"OK to leave" tick this box at checkout if it is OK for the courier to leave your parcel without obtaining a signature. By choosing “OK to leave”, you are authorising the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your address. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced parcels that are left according to this instruction. Please ensure that it is safe for the courier company to leave this parcel at your address before selecting this option.
DO NOT tick “OK to leave” if a signature is required as proof of delivery. If no one is home to accept, the Courier will leave a card with a number to call. It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the Courier to organise delivery.
Parcel undelivered- if your parcel is undelivered and returned to ecodownunder because the Courier could not obtain a signature, then it is the customers responsibility to pay for any costs incurred for re-delivery of the parcel.
We can ship your order overseas, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with a quote for delivery. This will be based on the weight and size of the products you select.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, and unfortunately as we do not know what these are, we have to leave with you to sort out
Ecodownunder aims to process and have your order ready for dispatch the following business day it is received. Once processed the delivery time will depend on your delivery address and country.
Duty and Customs Information
Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Ecodownunder cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.
Once you have placed an order and payment has been received we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Your order will then be processed and shipped to your delivery address.
You can cancel your order or change your order if it has not been shipped. If we have already "shipped" you will need to organise the return at your expense.
Ecodownunder will appear on your credit card or bank statement for any payments made.
We accept online payment in a secure environment via Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) PayPal or Bank Transfer.
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason you can return the product within 6 weeks from date of purchase for a refund or exchange. The product being returned must still be in its original packaging, unopened and unused. If a product is considered faulty, you can return it to either our online store (via mail) or to one of our retail stores, along with proof of purchase.
Once the product is has been assessed, and determined faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund (you decide which you want) and we will refund any postal costs for the return.
